The narrative thread which runs through this collection is inspired by a tale from the Scottish Isle of Jura, where it is said that in the winter the swallows dive into the sea and become fish until they return again in the spring as birds once more. My designs explore the transformation between bird, flying fish and fish and look at the realms of air and water.
Chased silver with gilt interior.
