Shipping

All items will be shipped within a week of being in stock. Most items are made to order, so please contact me about specific timelines. 

Return Policy

OBJECTS:

Please contact me within 7 days if for some reason you need to return an item. If the object was not made to order and is undamaged, then a full refund will be given.

CLASSES:

If you need to cancel a workshop

If you are unable to attend your booked workshop and it’s more than 14 days in advance of the start date, then we can offer a transfer to the same course on an alternative date, providing there are places available or a course that is planned for the future.

If cancellation is within 14 days of your workshop I’m afraid we are unable to offer a refund. This is because we do not have time left to fill your space on the course. We do appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may mean that you can’t attend and therefore can sometimes offer a transfer to a future date for a 50% surcharge.

Our right to cancel a workshop

Should we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation. We will offer transfer to an alternative available course or put on extra dates for the course. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.
